If you are provided with login credentials to access any Duocron service, customer portal, or application, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

You agree to notify Duocron immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspected security breach.

Duocron implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to safeguard user information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All content available on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, images, documents, videos, icons, designs, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Duocron or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of Duocron.

Export Restrictions / Legal Compliance

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
